Operations and the movement of trains across the railroad is done by the use of switchlists. Each operator gets there job clip board with the switchlist attached,
uncoupling tool and a pencil. The switchlist is very simple to navigate,and it explains what needs to be completed at each customer. They just need to fill in their
information, name,date,on duty time and off duty time. I keep these as a record just incase they would ever want to persue an NMRA AP certificate, like
Chief Dispatcher or any other one that requires such things like yard work,dispatching and hostler thats requires a certain amount of hours of each.

Train Jobs
Valley Falls Locals:
PR2 leaves the Valley and heads up the East Providence secoundery to service Hasbro, Key Container, Bare Supply and Teknor Apex.
PR3 leaves the Valley and heads to the Habor Jct. to service Motiva, Sims Metal Management, Lehigh Co and Univar.
Worcester Locals:
WXI works in Worcester Yard building trains.
WX3 leaves Worcester and heads to New England Sugars (NES) this is an involed switch job. Has its own in house switchlist.
Worcester Trains:
WOPR/PRWO leaves Worcester heading south to Valley Falls with interchange frieght. Sets out cars in Valley Falls then to the Port of Providence to switchout
coal cars. Then returns back to the Valley to pickup outbound frieght for Wocester and returns north as PRWO.
STONE EXTRA leaves Worcester south to Valley Falls to swap out stone cars then heads back north to Worcester.
WOIP/IPWO leaves Worcester south to Inland Paper Co to interchange freight than heads back north to switchout Dennison Lubricants then back to Worcester Yard.
Inland Paper Co. Local switch operations with it own switcher locomotive.( In house switchlist)
CSX Worcester Yard:
B27 light engine move to the Tilcon Plant. Picks up 10 stone hoppers and heads south to Worcester yard sets out loaded hoppers and pickup emptys
heads back to Tilcon to set out emptys then light back to CSX Worcester Yard.
Q426 heads south to Worcester with interchange traffic. Sets out in yard then heads back north with interchange traffic to CSX Worcester yard.
Q427 does the same thing with a diffrent cut of frieght cars. ( I dont have to room to move mega trains so they are just split up into two jobs.
